Even as a kid I was intrigued by the ways grown-ups told stories or expressed opinions. As a communications professional, I've been observing workplace writing for years and cataloging how employees miss opportunities to forge strong connections with their readers. A lifetime of observation benefits my clients.

Clients often economize by developing a rough draft and depending on me as an editor and proofreader. I enjoy going far beyond eliminating errors and making sure the copy is clear, concise, and compelling.

Coaching—in person or via phone and email—enables clients to get immediate diagnoses of writing weaknesses and tips on techniques. Generally, clients do not need many sessions to gain valuable insights and the comfort level to continue making progress on their own.
